The latest update to the Windows 10 operating system (version 1607), known as the Anniversary Update (which started rolling out in early August 2016) can cause some webcams to stop working correctly. This problem has yet to be reported by RightBooth users.
Reading into this issue, the problem lies with Microsoft and there is currently no solution other than to roll back your operating system to the pre-Anniversary Update version.
Microsoft have apologised and are indicating that a fix should be made available sometime in September 2016. So if your computer has automatically updated to version 1607 and your system is now affected by this issue, unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it (other than to roll back) until Microsoft releases the fix.
We too can only apologise for this situation, but unfortunately this matter is outside our control.
We will update this article as soon as we have more information.
