Steps to Resolve
- Visit each computer on which you installed the Product Code into RightBooth.
- Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.
- If RightBooth is no longer on the computer, install it from here
- Run RightBooth on the computer.
- On the main screen, click the Remove code button:
Note: if the Remove code button is not showing in your version of RightBooth, click the Product Code button and you will find it on the next panel.
Once you have removed your Product Code from all your computers, return to the computer on which you want the Product Code to be used, then:
What to do if you cannot remove the Product Code from all your computers
A common situation is that the computer on which you originally installed your Product Code has stopped working, so you cannot remove the code from it.
In this situation, please email [email protected], explain your situation and include your Product Code in the email.
We will then reset your code (usually with 24 hours), allowing you to enter the code on another computer (one only).
Warning: We keep track of all the Product codes that we are asked to manually reset.
If we see a pattern to these requests from the same user, or requests that indicates repeated attempts to use a Product Code on multiple computers, we reserve the right to completely block the specified Product Code from further use.
Once you have removed your Product Code from all your computers, return to the computer on which you want the Product Code to be used, then:
- Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.
- Run RightBooth.
- On the main screen, click the Product code button and enter your Product Code to activate it.
