How to Use a Support code to add another 12 months support onto your Product code
When you enter a new Product code into RightBooth, the code will allow you to install and use new releases of RightBooth and also receive technical support for the following 12 months.
For example if you enter a Product code on January 1st 2026, you will be entitled to use all new versions released up until December 31st 2026.
After that time, you can continue using your current version of RightBooth, but you will not be able to use any newer versions released after that date.
When the Update and Support period for your Product code expires, you will see a message on the RightBooth main window. In this example, the Support period ended on November 30th 2025:

You will also see a Renew button. Click this button to take you to a website page where you can buy one or more Update and Support code for a discounted price:
Once purchased, you will receive the Support code(s) by email. To use the code:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet
- Run RightBooth.
- On the main window, click the Product code button and then enter your Support code into the Product code window:
After you have entered your Support code, an activation button will appear. Click the Activation button and RightBooth will then add an extra 12 months support onto your Product code, starting from the date you entered your Support code.
Continuing with our example, here we have used a Support code on December 15th 2025 and you can see that RightBooth shows that our Product code now has an active Support period up until December 14th 2026:

Notes:
- Each Support code can only be used once to add an additional 12 months support onto a single Product code.
- After a Pupport code has been used, it is no longer of any use.
- You cannot use a Support code to update a Product code until the Product code's current Support period has expired and is showing on the RightBooth main window (see above).
