Nigel started in the computer industry in 1982, developing CAD/CAM software for Filtronic Components and the multimedia application Creator for Microvitec. In 1994 he was awarded a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University. He went on to develop award winning software in the training and education sectors, including the interactive whiteboard applications ActivStudio and ActivPrimary, and the multi-user Activtable software for education specialist Promethean.
