RightBooth - Terms of Use
You may download the RightBooth application installer from our website, then use the file to install and use RightBooth on one or more computers, both now and in the future (Lifetime use). Simply keep a copy of the installer for re-installation whenever you require, and enter your product code(s) to activate the software. Note: Your product code(s) will be emailed to you when you purchase the software.
You will also be able to download the latest version of RightBooth from our website whenever we update the software, as long as your Product Code Update and Support period has not expired.
Note: We do NOT charge mandatory, recurring fees for use of the app.
RightBooth - You can:
* Note: If you provide RightBooth product codes or RightBooth powered equipment to your contacts or customers then you become responsible for their RightBooth related support requirements. We may decide to provide RightBooth support to your contacts or customers if you can confirm that their system is sufficiently capable of running RightBooth.
You cannot use any product code on multiple computers.
Product Code Use and Misuse
If you own a product code ("the code"), it may be used on one of your computers ("the first").
You may subsequently use the code on another of your computers ("the second"), but you must first uninstall the code on the first computer.
Please note that use of the code on the first computer and any subsequent computers will be registered on our Licensing Server (see Privacy Policy below). Under the terms of our license agreement, any regular use of the code on multiple computers is deemed to be a misuse of the code. If this condition is indicated to us by our Licensing Server records it may lead to us deactivating the code and therefore permanently preventing further use of the code on any computer. However before taking this action, we will attempt to resolve the situation via communication with you using the registered email address provided by you at the time of purchase.
You will also be able to download the latest version of RightBooth from our website whenever we update the software, as long as your Product Code Update and Support period has not expired.

RightBooth - You can:
- use RightBooth on your computers at your personal events.
- use RightBooth on your organisation's computers within your organisation for your internal business activities.
- use RightBooth on your computers when located in public places such as in conference halls and exhibition spaces.
- lend, rent or hire your RightBooth powered computers to your contacts or customers as part of your commercial business activities. *
- market and promote RightBooth and re-sell purchased RightBooth product codes to your contacts or customers as part of your commercial business activities. *
- install RightBooth on computer equipment that you are providing to your contacts or customers on a permanent basis (e.g. selling pre-configured equipment). *

The Application is provided by Aire Valley Software (the "Supplier"). By using or otherwise accessing the Application, the User acknowledges that they accept the practices and policies outlined in this Statement.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES THE SUPPLIER COLLECT DURING USE OF THE APPLICATION?
The Supplier does not collect any personally identifiable information from the User(s) of the Application.
The Application will periodically send data to the Licensing Server (maintained by the Supplier). This data comprises the name of the licensed user of the Product code, the support period start and end dates, and data that allows us to match the specific product code to the specific computer. This data is held securely and privately by the Supplier and is only used by the Supplier for the sole purpose of ensuring correct use of customer product codes on computer equipment in accordance with the agreed Application licensing terms.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
