Example: Using the file definition: 'c:\images\{FIRSTNAME}.jpg' will take the first name entered on the User Details event screen to display a user specific image on subsequent event screens
  • Add the 'Fallback file' option for 'Define file' image items, video items and audio files.  This allows you to define a file that will be used if the defined file is not found
  • Add the 'Start/Stop' setting: 'Prevent playing events on battery power' to force the PC to be connected to mains power when playing events
  • Add the DSLR setting: 'Turn off live view for photo capture'.  This allows non-Canon flash units to fire with RB photo captures
  • Add the AI effect setting: 'Use cutout.pro preview images' to reduce the credit usage to 0.25 per background removal

  • Add 'Silence level %' property in the Webcam Audio settings.  Details
  • Show asterisk characters when entering the Settings access password
  • Show memory warning message when adding large images to screen backgrounds and print layouts
  • Re-introduce the webcam integration options: Direct or Indirect.  To solve a problem where the webcam preview apears frozen on some systems

  • Webcam video renderer now automatically selects the appropriate renderer for the PC. This can prevent black screen previews
  • Provide 2 video player options in Miscellaneous settings: 1) Windows media player and 2) RightBooth player. Switching the player can fix a variety of video playback issues, especially when combined with installing LAV filters (see manual for more details)
  • Add the 'Save image' option when right clicking on any item on any event screen in the Screen Editor, to create an image file of the item
  • Thumbnails now automatically created for Sharing Station and Web Gallery
  • Thumbnail size and quality settings added in Social media -> Media size
  • The Webcam SDK 2023 is now the default SDK on new installs

    • Add the new app setting checkbox: Start/Stop --> Toolboxes to front. When ticked, any lower toolbox that is positioned behind another overlapping toolbox is automatically brought to the front when the mouse is moved over an unobscured part of the lower toolbox

  • Show the video conversion progress as a percentage on various event screens when the app is converting or resizing recorded videos
