Technical Support
  • Please note that technical support will be provided if the support period for your RightBooth Product Code has not expired.
  • During weekdays we will try to respond to support email requests and Facebook User group posts within one hour of your request.
  • On Saturday and Sunday, technical support is not guaranteed, so you might not receive a reply until the following Monday.
  • IMPORTANT:  When planning to host a RightBooth powered event, please make sure that you fully test your system before conducting your event.  It is unrealistic to expect us to provide support for your system during the middle of a live event.

Email:  support@rightbooth.com

You can also post a question on the Everything RightBooth Facebook User Group.

Alternatively if you would like to send a question or a comment from here, fill in the details in the Contact form below.

Packaging Your Event
If you are experiencing problems with your RightBooth event file, when you contact us it will help if you include your event file as a package file with your query.  To do this:
  • Run RightBooth.
  • Ensure your event file is loaded.
  • Click the Package button on the main RightBooth panel.
  • On the Package panel, click the Create button.  RightBooth will create a package file (.rbep).
  • Attach your package file to an email and send it to support@rightbooth.com
Note: If your package file is bigger than 20Mb you will need to send the file to us using a different method. GMail supports attachments up to 25Mb.  Bigger than that?...  then use a large file transfer app, such as www.WeTransfer.com or make it publicly available on a DropBox or GDrive account, etc.
