Adding New Screens

In the Screen Editor, you can add any number of new screens into your event files. Your screens can contain any of the items mentioned below.  ​New screens can be placed anywhere in the event process, allowing you to display information at any point in the event flow.

Adding New Items to Screens

In the Screen Editor, you can add the following new items to any of your event screens:
  • labels, containing your own text words and phrases
  • image files, including animated GIFs
  • video files, with loop, pause, speed and repeat delay options
  • audio files, with loop, pause, speed and repeat delay options
  • camera views, this is the live view from your webcam and/or DSLR camera
  • countdown labels, a numeric, animated counter that can be used as a screen time out
  • clocks, a text item containing the ongoing current time
  • label sequences, a series of text prompts displayed using animated transitions
  • image sequences, a series of images displayed using animated transitions
  • video sequences, a series of videos displayed using animated transitions
  • web pages, which can be made interactive or passive, and can have limits on the browsing extents
  • interactive buttons, to allow you to add screen navigation capabilities for your users
  • drawing pad, which can be used to write and draw on using a mouse or touchscreen.
  • drawing tools which can be added to screens containing videos, photos and print layouts to allow you to write and draw on them
  • face props to be used with the face detection features for overlaying image props on videos and photos
  • on-screen keyboard​ for entering text into text boxes and web pages

The content for labels, images and video items can come from:
​
  • the RightBooth Media Library
  • other files on your computer
  • files recorded during the event
