Email Features

RightBooth provides powerful email features.  It can:

• email videos, photos and text messages to users as they are created during the event.
• email videos, photos and text messages to a pre-defined list of recipients as they are created during the event.
• email videos, photos and text messages to users in a batch process after the event has completed.
• send periodic notification emails to a list of recipients.  Used in combination with text variables, you can be notified on many things, including the number of event participants and the amount of free hard disk space remaining during the event.
• send emails if and when any errors occur during the event.
