New features
This version now provides the ability for you to optionally display a Terms and Conditions screen to your users. Some people will naturally want to know what will happen to their videos, photos and messages after they have been recorded, and this feature allows you to provide them with this information which they then must agree to before recording anything. This version also allows you to optionally collect your user's names and email addresses on a User Details screen, during the recording session. These user details are stored in a CSV text file on your computer for your future use. The user details text file is suitable for loading into any spreadsheet application. A user details file will contain the information formatted as in the following example: 25/05/2014,14:14:50,Jack Smith,[email protected],video_25-05-2014_14-14-50.wmv 25/05/2014,14:15:24,John Smith,[email protected],photo_25-05-2014_14-15-24.png 25/05/2014,14:15:32,Jill Smith,[email protected],photo_25-05-2014_14-15-32.png e.t.c. This version also introduces a 'Thank you' screen that can be optionally displayed to the users during the recording session, after they have recorded any videos, photos and messages. Bug fixes - Prevent program crash during the session when you have set the option to allow the user to decide on the photo printing. - Prevent program crash if you have two or more webcams attached and you then select a different webcam within the Setup Panel.
Add a 'Debug mode' option to the Setup Panel. When 'debug mode' is ticked, any video recording errors encountered during the recording session will be displayed on screen.
This version now includes photo printing features that allow your users to print their photos during a recording session. The new Print Layout Designer gives you the tools you need to design the printed page to suit your requirements. Using the Designer you can:
