Adding Images and Videos to Event Screens

I have recently been asked how to add an image to an event screen.  Well I'm pleased to say that it is really easy to achieve. This article explains how to add images and videos to screens...

Adding an Image to a Screen

• Open the event you want to alter
• From the main RightBooth window click the Edit button
• In the Screen Editor select a screen from the Screen List on the Toolbox
• Also on the Toolbox, tick the option Add Items to show the Add Items Toolbox
• On the Add Items Toolbox click the Image button.  This will cause a new empty image item to be added to the middle of the screen
• Double click the mouse on the new empty image item to show the RightBooth Media Library where you can browse all the library images.  If the Library does not contain the image you require click the More images button at the bottom of the Library window to allow you to browse the rest of your computer to find it.
• Once you have selected your image click the OK button on the Media Library window to return to the Screen Editor and have your image appear as content in the newly added image item
• You can now move, size, rotate and modify your new image on the screen

Adding a Video to a Screen

• Open the event you want to alter
• From the main RightBooth window click the Edit button
• In the Screen Editor select a screen from the Screen List on the Toolbox
• Also on the Toolbox tick the option Add Items to show the Add Items Toolbox
• On the Add Items Toolbox click the Video button.  This will cause a new empty video item to be added to the middle of the screen
• Double click the mouse on the new video item to browse your computer for the required video file.
• Once you have selected your video click the OK button to return to the Screen Editor and have your video appear as content in the newly added video item
• You can now move, size, rotate and modify your new video on the screen
