Added support for using PNG and GIF files as the Print Layout Background.

Bug fix: Prevent losing the Print Layout background image which occurred after clicking the Reset button on the Print Layout Toolbox.
Recover any lost Print Layout background image when using a previous version of RightBooth.

Bug fix: Allow mouse click and corner touch to stop the event on all screens.
Bug fix: Prevent program crashing when 'taking example photos' in the Print Layout Designer, while 'Mirror the webcam output' is enabled.

Hi Jorge,

I know I sorted you on this, but for everyone else, this was caused by unplugging the external webcam after it had been configured for use in RightBooth.

By default, RightBooth will attempt to use whatever webcam you have chosen in Settings. If your chosen webcam is then subsequently removed from the system, RightBooth will show this yellow warning message during the event.

Always check that whatever webcam RightBooth is set to use, is actually is connected to the computer and working correctly prior to running your event.
